Based on national recommendations and discussions with other local medical practices, our guidelines regarding wearing of masks has been recently updated. Any patient who is currently exhibiting signs or symptoms of infection including fever, cough, runny nose or recent exposure to someone with these symptoms should avoid coming to the office and reschedule their appointment. For those without these symptoms or recent exposure to these symptoms, wearing masks is not a requirement in the office but certainly can be worn if the patient or family member feels more comfortable wearing one. Staff can be asked to wear masks if you prefer at your request.
